we use the cloudflair add on module which for this theme isn't working on the client side if i switch over to the 2012 theme it works fine. Here are the screenshots to show how this information should be displayed.

have you asked the module developer if they have come across this issue before and if they know why its happening? They would be your first point of call as they may already know what the issue is and how to resolve it which would be faster.
If they dont know why it is can you check your activity log and note any errors you see in there as they may help in finding out whats going on here.
They have reverted me back here to the theme developer... This mod works fine with all default themes including my previous custom themes and it works with your 2012 theme as shown above, however it does not work with the 2014 theme
