Greetings NHP team,

WHMCS 6 is finally out, I'm wondering if you guys will be developing a new NHP version that will integrate to it?

Many thanks,
Eliran

hello eliran,

Yes all in good time, we have the next few weeks set aside specifically for a few new v6 modules, and leaving the rest of the time free for dealing with any issues that may crop up with a major codebase change (even though right now we can confidently say we have no major issues with any products and v6).

After that we will be testing an upgrade to our site which will most likley include a new theme design.

Hi, Lee - Adding my comment here to let you know that we are also eager to get the new v6 compatible theme. We've taken the 2014 one and significantly customized it and want to upgrade to v6 as soon as you have a compatible theme. Thanks!

hello Deborah,

Sorry for not updating the thread, the theme is now compatible with v6 so you should be able to get to work on updating to v6 now.

Hi Lee,

Just so I'm clear:

1) Is version 1.0.1 WHMCS 6 compatible?
2) At the same time, you're working on a brand new 2015 theme for WHMCS V6?

Many thanks,
Eliran

Hi, Lee -

You say the NHP2014 theme has been updated to be compatible with V6? I want to be sure I am understanding you correctly as the product page still says V5 and the Changelog doesn't show a V6 update.

Any ETA on the new 2015 theme I've seen mentioned in the forums?

Hi glenn,

Have you enabled php smarty tags in the whmcs general settings area?

Hi Glenn,

It's in WHMCS >> Setup >> General Settings >> Security Tab >> Halfway down you will see "Allow Smarty PHP Tags", enable it and click the save button.

There are still a few other issues with various other portions of the theme on the new WHMCS 6.0.1 which I have an active support ticket going at the moment. Hoping those can be fixed soon. :)

@Dan - Can you list the issues you've run into? We're planning to schedule our v6 upgrade soon and would appreciate a heads up on what open issues remain with the theme. Depending on what they are, we may wait a week or two longer.

Hi Deb,

I would hold off on upgrading until the issues with the theme have been worked out. There were about 5 active issues with the theme that Lee was looking at. He fixed one of them yesterday, and he's still looking at another 4 for me. Please note I installed a fresh installation of WHMCS 6.0.1 with the 1.0.3 version of the theme. I hadn't made any customizations on my end that would have caused the issues, so they are for sure compatibility issues between the theme and the new WHMCS version. Hopefully Lee can squash the bugs soon. :D

BTW I really like the integration you did with your front-end website and your back-end WHMCS installation. It looks really nice. :D

Hi guys,

I'm curious of NHP team were able to release a WHMCS V6 fully compatible theme? Would version 1.0.3 of NHP2014 work?

Many thanks,
Eliran
