[Resolved] A problem during product checkout with existing client

Hello,

Please check the following screenshot:

1) A client picks a product and tries to chekout.
2) The client has an account, but didn't log in.
3) The client click on "Login" tab and submits e-mail + password and clicks on "Complete Order"
4) Nothing happens, the client isn't logging in nor the order completes.

I tested the same under your client area (no-half-pixels) and this bug exists here too.

Please advise.

hello eliran,

we have tested this with multiple accounts and and browsers and havent been able to replicate it. can you make absolutley sure you are using the right password and try again?

Hello Lee,

Please check the following animation to illustrate that, you can test it under no-half-pixels WHMCS as well.

- The user/password is 100% correct.
- The user is corrently *not* logged on.
- It seems that the "complete order" button doesn't send the form.

Also, when you do not check the Terms of service, nothing happens, natually I believe you'd be interested in informing the user to check this if he didn't.
