With the power of our popular WHMCS Support Extended module we have now added three significant features to support tickets:
Current Response Time Estimates
Now directly on the ticket submission and review pages you can keep track on our estimated response time. This will help our users in knowing when to expect a reply.
Closed Department Warnings
Along with our estimated response time, we now also display a notice to users when replying or submitting giving you the head up on when to expect a reply and manage expectation outside of our working hours.
Fast Track Ticket Upgrades
Need a faster response? No problem for a small cost you can upgrade your tickets to our Fast Track service pushing your ticket to the top of the queue*.
* We will reply to your ticket within 3hrs during our office hours or your money back.
